***IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR EONE SERVICE***
What to do when your panel goes into alarm:
#1 – Do not turn off the main power or panel breakers.
- The pump may be working with less efficiency. Killing power will cease pumping operations.
- Reduce water usage to the bare minimum to reduce changes of overflow, backup or damaging the equipment.
#2 – Silence the Audible Alarm.
- There is a rubber silence button to stop the audible alarm from sounding but will keep the alarm light on to indicate there is an issue.
- Silencing the audible alarm will NOT stop the pump, just silence the alarm.
#3 – Determine if the area around the station is wet or spongy (not due to rail/weather or landscaping).
- If you have liquid seeping up from the ground outside of the station, cease the use of water and contact a plumber and pumping truck service.
- Wet spots near the tank but not directly a result of the tank lid typically indicates an inlet or discharge line issue and will require a plumbing service.
#4 – Determine if the station is flooded and/or liquid is spilling out of the station.
- If liquid is present at the top of the tank or spilling onto the ground from inside the tank, cease the use of water immediately.
- Call a pumping service to pump the tank clear and then contact our team for service. If we are lucky, we can coordinate with the pumping service to be on site rite after the station is pumped clear.
