Avoid Costly Repairs by Choosing the Right Pump Partner
When it comes to your sewer pump system, who you choose to work with matters just as much as the equipment itself. The right pump manufacturer—and an authorized service provider—can be the difference between reliable operation and unexpected breakdowns, backups, and costly repairs.
Authorized, certified pump professionals understand your system inside and out. They use manufacturer-approved parts, follow proper service procedures, and diagnose issues correctly the first time. This helps prevent unnecessary or improper repairs that can shorten equipment life, cause system damage, and lead to repeat failures and downtime. Most importantly, it saves you from the stress and disruption of pump emergencies.
Our team of certified professionals is trained to protect your investment and keep your operation running smoothly. Whether you’re experiencing performance issues, recurring failures, or simply want peace of mind, we’re here to help you find the right solution—quickly and correctly.
Contact our certified team today for expert guidance, dependable service, and the confidence that your pump system is in the right hands.
Don’t let the wrong service provider walk away with the heart of your system.
A 2020 pump removed during an “inspection” and never reinstalled—leaving the station overflowing and the customer facing an unnecessary $13,000 replacement quote.
This service call is a real-world example of why customers should always contact an authorized, certified service provider first. In this case, a third-party inspection resulted in the pump being removed and not put back, causing the tank to overflow and creating an emergency that never should have happened. The customer was told they needed a full system replacement, even though the pump was likely repairable for a fraction of the cost.
Our certified team stepped in, diagnosed the issue correctly, and provided honest guidance—saving the customer time, stress, and thousands of dollars. This is the difference proper training, manufacturer authorization, and ethical service make.
Extended Vacancy
-Prior to long periods of vacancy, its recommended you squeeze a healthy amount of dish soap into the tub drain and then you fill the bath tub with hot water. Once full, open the drain and let the water drain into the grinder pump station. This will allow between 70-90 gallons of fresh, warm and grease defying water to flow into your station to activate your pump and clear as much wastewater from the system as possible prior to your extended absence from the property. This will also introduce as much fresh water into the tank as possible to help with any build up of odors upon your return. The same process should be repeated upon your return to ensure your equipment is in proper working condition.
Extreme Weather / Flooding / Freeze
For those clients who live in extreme weather areas, take precautions to protect your grinder pumps system as necessary. Flood prone areas should incorporate stations with special flood covers and lateral vents to avoid any transference of wastewater into the floodwaters during a flood event. Freeze prone areas should incorporate additional insulation, possible heat tape on the station, the discharge line or extra burial depth to avoid the frost level in the region.
